摘要
新中国成立60年来,我国少数民族教育事业长足发展,取得了举世瞩目的成就。但同时存在一些制约其健康快速发展的深层次问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的对策建议即准确定义少数民族教育的概念、科学确定少数民族教育的目标、大力开展少数民族教育政策评估、超常规推进少数民族教育立法等。
In the sixty years after the founding of the New China,great development has been made in education of ethnic minorities in China with outstanding achievements.But at the same time,there still exist some problems restricting its healthy and rapid development.In this paper some suggestions have been put forward to help solve these problems.They are to make an accurate definition of education of ethnic minorities,set up its goal in a scientific way,carry out its policy assessment,and promote its legislation in a hyper normal way.
