本文运用现代项目管理理论,结合潍坊学院体育馆建筑智能化系统工程施工实践,对项目施工进程中质量控制所产生的问题进行了研究,探索建筑智能化系统工程项目获得成功的关键因素,从中找出了项目管理实施的成功经验和不足之处。

Based on modern project management theories and the construction practice of the intelligent system engineering in Weifang University Gymnasium, this thesis analyses the process of establishing the management objective system of a construction project and organizations, tackles the control of quality during the construction process and problems from the project. This thesis hopes to find out successful experiences and deficiency in project management by studying key factors to successful building intelligent system engineering project.
