Evidence-Based Treatment for An Alopecia Totalis Patient

摘要 目的为1例疗效不佳的全秃患者制定有效的循证治疗方案。方法在充分分析患者病情的基础上,计算机检索MEDLINE(1978年至2009年7月)和Cochrane图书馆(2008年第2期)数据库。结果共检索出相关治疗指南2篇,Meta分析3篇,随机对照试验26篇,根据所获证据为患者制定治疗方案。结论采取循证医学方法,为全秃患者制定合理的治疗方案,可有效提高治疗效果。 Objective To formulate an evidence-based treatment plan for an alopecia totalis patient who didn＇t get ideal treatment. Methods After assessing the patient＇s condition, a research was performed to collect the evidences in MEDLINE （PubMed, 1978 to July 2009） and The Cochrane Library （Issue 2, 2008）. Results A total of 2 guidelines, 3 meta-analyses and 26 randomized controlled trials were identified. A treatment plan was made upon these evidences. Conclusion Evidence-based treatment is able to improve the therapeutic efficacy of alopecia totalis.
