摘要
为了研究玻璃-水热管内部相变传热机理及其等温特性,并可视化热管内部相变过程,中国计量科学研究院研制了具有四个温度计阱的玻璃-水热管。使用标准铂电阻温度计和Agilent公司的3458A高精密数字表测量了玻璃-水热管在50%、60℃、75℃和80℃时的垂直温场。实验结果表明:在上述四个温度下,距离温度计阱底部4cm、12cm内的温度变化分别小于0.07℃和0.304℃。此外,分析了影响热管垂直温场均匀性的因素,提出了提高等温性能的相应措施。
