摘要
一种新型预制装配式电缆过河桥架为预制构件和现浇层混凝土组成的叠合式受弯构件,预制构件及其装配连接均采用了预应力技术。通过有限元分析软件ANSYS对新型预制装配式桥架结构进行了分析,分析结果表明:在底板纵向施加一定的预应力,可控制桥架截面在受力过程中始终不出现裂缝而保持弹性,从而保证了桥架全截面始终参与受力,能充分发挥桥架开口向上的槽形截面的抗弯、抗扭能力强的优势。
A new type of precast prefabricated cable tray is a composite flexural member. Technology of post-tensioned prestressing is used in the precast member and its connection. The ANSYS software is used to analyze the cable tray. The analysis results show that no crack occurs at the bottom of the slab all along. So the section of the cable tray can work as whole, and the advantage of strong bending and twisting resistance of the channel section, with concave upside can be taken of.
