摘要
探讨了目前医院护士长绩效考核现状。存在的主要问题包括:绩效考核的定位模糊、考核主体缺乏相关的培训、绩效考核指标体系不明确、绩效考核过程形式化、其它工作环节衔接不好、绩效考核制度不健全。改进思路为:加大绩效管理思想的宣传力度,进行工作分析,制定出切实可行的绩效考核标准,加强对考核者的培训,保证打分的公正性,强化对考核结果的应用。认为科学地对护士长进行绩效考核,有利于增强医院的组织核心竞争力。
