局部封闭和紫色消肿膏外敷治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效

Partial closure and purple trim plaster treatment of stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid

目的探讨桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎局部封闭和紫色消肿膏外敷治疗的综合疗效。方法对180例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎病例分三组进行治疗,A组进行局部肌筋膜内注射复方倍他米松注射液(封闭治疗);B组是在A组治疗的基础上并用紫药膏外敷;C组单用紫药膏外敷治疗;三组均结合腕部制动治疗。结果采用综合治疗的病例均取得了满意疗效,有效率100%,治愈率为93.3%,复发率为20%;封闭组有效率90%,治愈率75%,复发率38.3%,无效率10%;紫药膏组有效率93.3%,治愈率73.3%,复发率30%,无效率6.7%;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部封闭和紫药膏外敷治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎可取得较好疗效,综合疗效优于单独封闭疗法和局部紫药膏外敷疗法。

Objective To discuss the comprehrehensive treatment efficacy of partial closure and purple trim plaster on stenosing tendovaginitis of radial styloid. Methods Radial styloid process of the 180 cases of stenosing tenosynovitis treated patients were divided into three groups. A group were given local myofascial injection of compound betamethasone injection （closed treatment）; B group was on the basis of the group A treatment and use purpled ointment for external ; C group alone used purple ointment topical treatment; three groups were all treated with wrist brake. Results The integrated treatment of patients had achieved a satisfactory efficacy. Efficiency 100% ,the cure rate was 93. 3% ,the recurrence rate was 20% ; closure group was 90% ,the cure rate 75% ,the recurrence rate 38. 3% ,non-efficient 10% ; Purple ointment group was 93. 3% ,73. 3% cure rate,recurrence rate of 30% ,the inefficiency of 6. 7% ; difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Partial closure and violet creams topical treatment of stenosing tenosy-novitis of the radial styloid process can achieve better efficacy,more effective than single integrated therapy and partial closure of topical ointment therapy purple.
