摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定刺五加浓缩液中紫丁香苷的含量。方法选用Agi-lentC18色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(20:80);检测波长:265nm。结果紫丁香苷对照品线性范围0.1305～1.0440μg(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.42%,RSD=0.82%(n=6)。结论HPLC法简便,准确,重现性好。可用于刺五加浓缩质量控制。
Objective A HPLC methods was developed for the contents determination of Syringin in Ciwujia Concentrated Liquid. Methods The AgilentC18 column was used with a mobil phase was Methanol-Water（20：80）. The detection Wavelength was 265nm. Results The Linear range of reference substance of Syringin was 0. 130 5-1. 044 0 μg（r = 1. 000 0）,The average recovery rate was 99. 42% and the RSD = 0. 82% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method simple,sensitive and accurate. It can be used for quality of Ciwujia Concentrated Liquid.
