摘要
本文讨论了太阳能选择性吸收薄膜AlCN各膜层的光学常数谱n(λ)与k(λ)的测定方法。用分光光度计测量各膜层的反射率谱R0(λ),运用K-K关系,获得n(λ)与k(λ)的谱值。最后用台阶仪测定各膜层的厚度,用分光光度计测出透射率谱T0(λ)。运用Hadley方程,计算出反射率谱R0(λ)和透射率谱T0(λ),其值与分光光度计的实测值吻合。
The determination methods of the optical constant spectrums n(λ) and k(λ) of the every layer of AlCN solar selective absorber films are discussed in this paper. The reflectance spectrums R 0(λ) of a monolayer film are determined using the spectrophotometer. The spectrum values of n(λ) and k(λ) are obtained through K K relationship. And last the thickness of the each film is determined by Talystep, the transmissivity spectrums T 0(λ) using spectrophotometer. The reflectivity R(λ) and transmissivity T(λ) of AlCN solar selective absorber films are calculated to make use of Hadley equation. The results between theoretical and practical values was agreement.
