激光提高铸铁缸套磨损寿命的研究

Study on the Improvement of Wear Resistance of Cast Cylinder by Laser Hardening

经激光处理使优质加硼铸铁缸套的快速模拟磨损寿命提高45.7％，配件活塞环的快速模拟磨损寿命提高29.2％。

Laser hardening can improve the wearability of cast cylinder containing the element Boron. The result of the experiment of quick wearing in home for the cast cylinder after laser hardening shows that the wear resistance increases 45. 7%, the wearability of matching piston ring increases 29. 2% comparing to cylinder unteratment.
