摘要
用等效温差描述化学蒸气,给出了分析探测化学蒸气柱数密度CL极限的方法,对实验结果和计算机仿真结果进行了分析,结果表明:用等效温差方法描述和评价气体CL大小的极限是一种十分有效的方法,对实验和仿真结果的分析是可行的.
The difference temperature of effective radiative for chemical vapor is pasposed. The method for analyzing remote detection limit of chemical vapor by passive Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIS) is shown. The results bothexperimental example and computer simulation are proved that it is feasible to analyze the product of concentration and path for chemical vapor. It is an effectivemethod.
