摘要
目的了解实施弹性心理训练对大学生心理健康的改善效果,为有效促进大学生心理健康提供参考。方法通过大学生人格问卷(UPI)和约谈咨询,筛选某农业院校56名心理问题较为严重的学生,对其进行为期6周的弹性心理训练。比较大学生训练前和训练后UPI、心理症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式问卷(CPS)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)的测试结果。结果在接受弹性心理训练后,SCL-90量表除躯体化因子外,其他9个因子得分均显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);UPI测试总分显著降低(P<0.01);应对方式中积极应对因子得分显著提高(P<0.01),消极应对因子得分显著降低(P<0.01);CD-RISC的3个因子得分都有显著改善(P值均<0.01)。结论弹性心理训练能全面提高大学生的心理素质,效果显著。
Objective To implement resilience practice for agricultural college students and study the effect on their mental health,and to provide reference for improving their mental health.Methods After doing the University Personality Inventory(UPI) and interview,there were 56 students who had serious mental problems were recruited to receive resilience practice for six months.The results were compared before and after doing the UPI,SCL-90,CPS and CD-RISC.Results For SCL-90,except the Somatization,the students scored higher in the other nine factors after receiving resilience practice(P0.01 or P0.05).After implementing resilience practice,total score of UPI decreased(P0.01).For CPS,the positive coping factor had a quick increase,but the negative coping factor significantly decreased(P0.01).For CD-RISC,the three factor had an effective improvement(P0.01).Conclusion Resilience practice is an effective approach to the improvement of agricultural college students' mental health level.
