某医学院学生网络成瘾与肌肉骨骼疾患的关系

Association of Internet Addiction Disorder with Musculoskeletal Disorders in Medical College Students

目的研究医学院学生网络成瘾与肌肉骨骼疾患之间的关系,为该群体的预防和个体治疗提供依据。方法采用中文网络成瘾量表修订版和北欧肌肉骨骼症状自评量表对某医学院830名学生进行问卷调查。结果8.91%的学生存在轻度网络依赖,5.30%存在明显网络成瘾问题;男生网络成瘾比例高于女生(P=0.000)。57.1%的学生1a内出现过1个及以上部位的肌肉骨骼疾患症状,男女生患病率差异无统计学意义,右侧肢体的患病率高于左侧(P=0.000)。网络成瘾与肌肉骨骼疾患的关联分析β=0.958(P=0.000),OR(OR值95%CI)=2.607(1.672～4.065)。结论网络成瘾为肌肉骨骼疾患的危险因素。应指导学生合理使用网络,避免出现身心症状。

Objective To study the association of internet addiction disorder （IAD）with musculoskeletal disorders in medical college students,and to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment.Methods Totally 830 students were investigated with Chinese Internet Addiction Scale-Revised （CIAS-R） and Standardized Nordic questionnaire for the analysis of musculoskeletal symptoms.Results About 8.91% of the medical college students showed mild IAD,5.30% showed moderate or severe IAD.Statistically significant （P=0.000） difference was seen between male and female.The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders was 57.1% and the difference between genders was not statistically significant.The right limbs had higher prevalence than the left limbs（P=0.000）.The logistic regression analysis indicated that IAD was an important factor of musculoskeletal disorders,β=0.958（P=0.000）,OR（95%CI）=2.607（1.672～4.065）.Conclusion IAD is the risk factor of musculoskeletal disorders.The students should be guided to use Internet properly to keep from psychoticism.
