摘要
目的评价南水北调中线陕西水源区生态建设系统。方法利用系统动力学进行分析。结果陕西水源区生态建设主要从提高水源涵养、减少非点源污染、提高污水处理率以及控制污染物排放4个方面进行。结论在水土保持工程措施、农业措施、生物措施和污水处理等传统措施基础上,充分发挥生态补偿的导向和鼓励作用。
Aim In order to evaluate the ecological construction system in the water source area of Shaanxi of Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Methods Analyzing the system by system dynamics.Results The system is mainly conducted by increasing water conservation and reducing non-point source pollution.Conclusion On the basis of strengthening engineering measures,agricultural measures,biological measures and sewage,exerted encouragement and policy advocacy of ecological compensation.
