延安新华广播电台传播技术与设备的发展

Review on the development of technology and equipment in Yan′an Xinhua Radio

目的从技术和设备的角度探究延安新华广播电台成立的过程。方法历史辩证与分析。结果在新民民主主义革命中,从国民党部队吸收的一批无线电人才是延安新华广播无线电人才队伍中的重要组成部分;中央军委通信学校和延安通信材料厂的建立使延安新华广播电台实现了技术人才和无线电器材的自给;广播技术人才利用早期无线电通信技术在艰苦的环境下自主研发组装了一批广播技术设备。结论延安新华广播电台的建立开创了宣传工作的新阶段,反映了八路军信息化建设的肇始情况;延安新华广播电台的广播技术经历了一个从情报通信技术到口语广播技术和文字广播技术并存的发展过程,广播人才队伍经历了一个从业余到专业,从零散人员到具有一定规模人数的发展过程。

Aim From the perspective of technology and equipment to explore the establishment of radio stations of Yan′an Xinhua.Methods Historical,dialectical and analytical research.Results A group of radio people were absorbed from the Kuomintang（KMT） government to Yan′an Xinhua broadcast,who are the important part of radio technicians.Yan′an communication school was established.Yan′an Xinhua radio technicians achieved self-sufficiency and radio equipment,radio and technical personnel,technology research and development of early assembly of a group of radio equipment.Conclusion Yan′an Xinhua radio broadcasting technology has experienced a spoken language broadcast of information and communication to broadcast technology and the co-existence of the development process.Radio has a talent personnel from amateur to professional,from the scattered number of personnel to a certain size of the development process.
