摘要
及时地检测压气机喘振对提高发动机性能、保障飞行安全具有重要意义。在进入喘振状态的过程中,压气机出口总压脉动增大,短时能量亦增大。通过某型压气机节流试验数据,验证了短时能量在喘振检测中的可行性。该算法可检测模态波或突尖波扰动引起的喘振,信号经平方运算后提高了信噪比,算法简单,易于实现。
Detecting compressor surge as soon as possible is essential to improve the performance of aero-engine and ensure flight safety.The pulsating strength of total pressure of the compressor outlet increases in the process of entering surge states,as well as the short-time energy.The short-time energy method is demonstrated feasible to detect surge with the testing data of a compressor throttling operation.This method can detect surge caused by either modal wave or spike precursor.The signal-to-noise ratio is improved by square processing.The algorithm is very simple and easy to realize.
