摘要
本文对意大利2009年科技发展的基本情况进行了介绍，分析了意大利通过科技创新应对金融危机方面的一些做法，阐述了意大利在加强基础性工作、促进产学研相结合、支持区域发展等方面的一些特色，列举了2009年的一些科研成果，同时，对科技支撑发展提出了几点建议。
The paper gives some basic information on the Italian scientific and technological development in 2009, analyzes some measures to cope with the financial crisis, elaborates some characteristics of enhancing the basic research, promoting the integration of Industry - Academy - Research system and supporting the regional development in Italy, and shows some scientific and technological achievements during the 2009. The paper also gives some suggestions for how S＆T supporting the development.
