南钦铁路工程中煤矿采空区的防治探讨

摘要 新建南钦铁路DK93至DK95区段,经过正在开采的稔子坪煤矿及已停采大硐、横岭煤矿与个别小煤窑。基于已有的采空区可能危及拟建的铁路,运用现场调查、专项地质测绘、地质钻探、测井、地面物探、跨孔地震成像法等勘察方法,结合所收集到的采矿资料,对铁路沿线的采空区进行了危险性评估。评估结果认为,横岭、大垌煤矿开采遗留的采空区在DK93+300至DK94+200区段,地表变形剧烈,对工程建设的安全影响极大。针对不同地段的情况,采取了高压注浆充填和地面深坑清污、回填碎石土、浅层固结等方法进行处理,对现采矿井提出了留设保安煤柱、减少地下水抽排量、进行长期跟踪观测的预防建议。 The new Nanning-Qinzhou railway DK93 to DK95 sector will pass through the active Renziping coalmine and already shutdown Dadong and Hengling coalmines as well as some small coal pits. In consideration of existing gob areas may jeopardizing proposed railway, integrated exploration of field investigation, special purposed geological mapping, drilling, well logging, surface geophysical prospecting and eross-borehole seismic imaging have been used, combined with collected mining data, carried out risk assessment for the gob areas along the railway. The results reckoned that the gob areas left behind by Dadong and Hengling coalmines within the DK93+300 to DK94+200 sector, there surface deformations are in a violent manner and will have huge impacts to the construction safety. In allusion to different conditions of different sectors, high pressure grouting filling and surface deep pit clearing, soil aggregate backfilling, and superficial layer consolidating can be used in treatment. To prevent hazard from the active coalmine, measures of protective pillar, groundwater dewatering reduction and long-term tracking observation are advised.
