破坏性行为障碍儿童青少年情绪反应特征研究 被引量:1

Research on emotional reactive features of disruptive behavior disorder children and adolescents

摘要 【目的】探讨破坏性行为障碍儿童青少年的情绪感受和情绪反应特征,为临床干预提供参考。【方法】采用中国儿童情感图片评价系统(7~14岁,上海版),对符合美国《精神障碍诊断与统计手册(第4版)》(DSM—IV)诊断标准的7~14岁破坏性行为障碍儿童青少年44例,并按照性别、年龄匹配的正常儿童44例为研究对象进行情感图片评价和病例对照分析。【结果]1)与正常儿童相比,破坏性行为障碍儿童整体呈现低愉悦、低唤醒、低优势;2)在不同性质情感图片评价上,破坏性行为障碍儿童对正性图片优势度偏低,对中性图片的愉悦度和优势度水平偏低,对负性图片愉悦、唤醒和优势度水平均明显偏低;3)对于不同类型负性情感图片,破坏性行为障碍儿童对恐惧图片的唤醒度明显偏低,对愤怒图片的愉悦度和优势度评分明显偏低,对厌恶图片的愉悦度和唤醒度评分较低。在正性情绪中,破坏性行为障碍儿童对喜悦图片的优势度偏低。【结论】破坏性行为障碍儿童的情绪反应整体呈现为明显低愉悦、低唤醒、低优势。破坏性行为障碍儿童对负性刺激低唤醒是其情绪反应的特点,尤其是对恐惧和厌恶刺激低唤醒,对愤怒和厌恶刺激不愉快体验强烈。 [Objective] To explore the features of emotional experience and reactive of the disruptive behaviour disor- der children and adolescents. [Methods] Making the collected 44 disruptive behaviour disorder children who were mee- ted the DSM-Ⅳ diagnostic criteria and 44 normal controls to evaluate the Chinese Affective Picture System for Children (7- 14 years), to find the differences by a case-control study. [Results] 1)Contrasting with the normal controls, the DBD children obviously have lower scores on the valence, arousal and dominance. 2)For different nature of affective pictures, the DBD children have lower scores on the dominance of positive pictures, and the valence and dominance of neutral pictures, the arousal of negative pictures. 3)For different type of negative pictures, the DBD children have obviously lower scores on the arousal of fear pictures, and on the valence and dominance of anger pictures, and also on the valence and dominance of disgust pictures. Among the positive pictures, they have less scores on the dominance of joyful pictures. [Conclusions] The scores of DBD children are obviously lower on the three dimensions of affective pictures. They are less aroused by negative pictures, especially the fearful and disgust stimulus, and have a intensive feeling of anger and disgust.
