摘要
【目的】评价城乡科学喂养知识培训的效果,为中山市进一步普及儿童健康教育知识提供依据。【方法】采用自行设计的调查问卷,对中山市1 132名前来参加培训的婴儿家长进行培训前后的问卷调查。【结果】1)培训前平均喂养知识知晓率57.78%,培训后提高到91.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);2)培训前大学组分别比中学、小学组得分高,培训后大学组只比中学组得分高,有统计学差异;其余各组间无统计学差异;3)培训前城区组比镇区、农村组得分高,镇区组比农村组得分高,有统计学差异;培训后城区组仍比镇区、农村组得分高,农村比镇区组得分高,有统计学差异。【结论】大型育儿讲座对不同学历、不同地区的抚养人都是非常有效的健康教育形式,尤其是小学文化程度和农村的抚养人。
[Objective] To evaluate the effect of the scientific knowledge training on infant feeding to city and coun- tryside in Zhongshan, to provide evidence for further popularizing health education for children. [Method] Total 1 132 parents were surveyed before and after training in Zhongshan city by self-designed questionnaire. [Results] 1)The average awareness of feeding knowledge increase from 57.78% before training to 91.59 % after training (P〈0. 000 1). 2)Before training the score of feeding knowledge of college group was significantly higher than that of middle school group and primary school group respectively. After training, the score of feeding knowledge of college group was only significantly higher than that of middle school group. There was no significant difference between other groups. 3)Before training, the score of feeding knowledge of city proper group is significantly higher than that of countryside and township group. The score of feeding knowledge of township group was significantly higher than that of countryside group. After training, the score of feeding knowledge of city proper group was still significantly higher than that of countryside and township group. The score of feeding knowledge of countryside group was significantly higher than that of township groups. [Conclusion] Parenting class is very effective to parents from different educational history, different regions, especially the person with primary education and living in countryside.
