植物核糖体失活蛋白的生物学活性研究进展

Research Progress in Bioactivity of Ribosome-inactivating Protein in Plants

核糖体失活蛋白是一类广泛存在于高等植物细胞中，能专门作用于真核细胞损伤核糖体功能的毒蛋白．对植物来源的核糖体失活蛋白的抗病毒、抗肿瘤、诱导细胞凋亡等生物学活性研究进展做了概述，并就其今后的研究工作进行了展望．

Ribosome-inactivating protein is kind of toxoprotein which extensively exists in cells of advanced plants and specially acts on harmed ribosome of eucaryotic cell. Research progress in antivirus, antitumor, apoptotie function and others of ribosome-inactivating protein in plants are summarized.
