摘要
借鉴W.K.Muhlbauer提出的长输管道风险评价方法,结合管道腐蚀破坏机理和风险分析原理,综合运用故障树分析法和层次分析法,提出可用于埋地输气管道腐蚀风险评价的有效方法.建立了以埋地输气管道腐蚀失效为顶事件的失效故障树,通过对故障树的定性分析,确立了埋地输气管道腐蚀失效的主要原因.在故障树定性分析的基础上,建立了埋地输气管道腐蚀风险评价体系的层次模型,并确定了腐蚀风险要素的权重.
An available method based on the risk assessment principle of pipeline proposed by W.K.Muhlbauer was borrowed. With the connection of erosion failure mechanism and risk analysis principles, methods of Fault Tree Analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process were comprehensively utilized. An efficient method which is used to assess the erosion risk of buried transmission lines was proposed. A fault tree with corrosive failure of buried gas transmission lines as top event was built; some principle factors resulted in corrosive failure in buried gas transmission lines as well as the hierarchy model for corrosion risk assessment of buried gas transmission lines were established by the qualitative analysis of fault tree and the right weight of corrosion risk factors was determined.
