Based on analysis on the necessity of cost control system for the innovative enterprise environment,the concept of reforming enterprise environment cost control was proposed as well as the thoughts of expanding the enterprise environment cost connotation, the control subject, the time and the space. The way of reforming and researching enterprise environment cost control processing the innovation research of enterprise environment cost control was put forward and the new enterprise environment cost control system after innovation was discussed.
