基于JAVA 3D的大型锻压机三维仿真训练系统的开发

摘要 锻压机等大型机械设备体积庞大、价格昂贵、操作复杂、使用环境恶劣等特点,这给学习和操作此类设备带来了很多不便.针对这种实际情况,开发出以计算机仿真技术为核心锻压机三维仿真训练系统,可应用于机械设备操作人员的培训。讨论了开发锻压机三维仿真训练系统应解决的关键问题,采用Ja-va3D技术开发的锻压机三维仿真训练系统.实际应用表明,锻压机三维仿真训练系统具有安全性、实用性、经济性、先进性等特点. Large - scale machine such as forging manipulator has the characteristics of bulky, expensive, complicated to operate, and the bad production environment which is inconvenient to study and operate such e- quipment. In view of this actual situation, develop computer simulation technology as the core of forging ma- nipulator equipment three - dimensional simulation training systems, can be applied to forging manipulator op- erator training. This article introduces the key issues of the development of 3 D simulation training system of forging manipulator, and technology development in the use of Java3D of the forging machine three -dimen- sional simulation training system. In the application show that three - dimensional simulation training system of forging manipulator with the characteristics of safety, practicality, economy, advantage and so on.
