摘要
主要介绍了由光电编码器、变频器、PLC组成的异步电动机传动的位置控制系统,分析了系统的工作原理和定位过程,并以玻璃双边直线磨边机位置控制为例对实现位置控制进行全面的讨论,给出了系统控制软件流程,从而实现磨边机开合位置的高精度控制.
It mainly introduced the asynchronous motor drive position control system, which is composed by optical encoder, converter, PLC, also the working principle and orientation process of system is analyzed, and it take double -edge liner (glass) milling machine for example to discuss position control in detail, also the process of system control software was described , that achieve to control to close and open of double - edge liner (glass) milling machine in high -precision.
