摘要
为了研究酸热法提取辅酶Q10的最佳工艺条件,系统研究了酸的种类,破壁温度,酸的浓度,酸的添加量,破壁时间等因素对辅酶Q10提取效果的影响.结果表明,酸热法提取辅酶Q10的最佳工艺条件为:盐酸浓度3 mol/L,盐酸的添加量10 ml/g(干菌),破壁温度90℃,破壁时间25 min.
In order to obtain the optimal condition of acid - heat cell break method for coenzyme Qloextrac- tion, the effect of type of acid, temperature of cell break, concentration of acid, amount of acid and cell break time on coenzyme Q10 extraction were systematically studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal condition for coen:yme Q10 extraction was as follows concentration of hydrochloric acid was 3 mol/L, amount of hydrochloric acid was 10 ml/g( dry thallus), temperature of ceil break was 90℃, cell break time was 25 minutes.
