摘要
未来互联网需要支持窄带业务、宽带业务、固定业务、移动业务以及所有这些业务形态组合而成的业务,业务是变速率的,用户之间的通信是多进程的,因此要求网络具备灵活、有效的全网资源调度能力和支持多进程能力。在未来互联网的承载网的研究中,存在着两种技术路线:改良型技术和革命性技术。改良型技术路线不改变已有IP网的体系结构,而是在其基础上,采用各种技术对原有IP网络进行改良,使其演进为未来互联网;革命性的技术路线是从未来互联网技术和业务应用的需求出发,重新设计的一个新型网络,彻底克服已有IP网无法解决的问题,满足未来信息通信业务发展的需求。
In the future, the Internet will need to support broadband services, fixed services, mobile services, and services involving a combination of these. Such a broad range of services and multi-processes between users will demand flexible and effective network-wide resource scheduling and support. Two kinds of technologies are being studied in relation to the bearer network of the future Internet: improved technology and revolutionary technology. As opposed to changing the existing IP network architecture, improved technology builds upon it, using various techniques to achieve improvement. Revolutionary technology is a future Internet technology, which seeks to address future business demands by completely re-designing the network, thereby overcoming problems that cannot be solved by current IP networks.
