摘要
通过对热挤压态MB26镁合金超塑性变形过程中显微组织的观察与分析,证实该合金的超塑变形机制是由位错运动和扩散蠕变所协调的以晶界滑移为主的变形机制,在变形初期的动态再结晶对获得微细等轴晶粒起到重要作用。
The changes of microstructures in roded MB26 alloy during the superplastic deformation are studied in this paper. It is shown that the grain bounderies sliding is the main deformation mechanism, the dislocation slip and diffutional creep are the main coordinating mechanism, The dynamic recrystallization accompanying the initial stage of deformation plays an important role in the superplasticity.
