不同转子结构离网型永磁同步发电机的电磁性能分析

摘要 以一台400w离网型永磁同步风力系统所用永磁同步发电机为研究对象,分别就两种转子结构建立了二维电磁场模型,对发电机在额定转速时的空载电压以及负载电磁参数进行了有限元计算。并将样机结构的计算结果与实测结果进行了比较,误差较小。同时对两种结构发电机的齿槽转矩进行了计算分析。对离网型永磁同步风力发电机的深入研究具有重要的参考价值。 Taking a permanent magnet synchronous generator used in a 400w off-grid type wind power generation system as an research , the 2-D models for electromagnetic field calculation of generators with different rotor structures are established , then calculate the voltage with no-load and the electromagnetic parameters with load at rated speed , which using finite element method. The calculation results with experimental results of prototype are compared to less errors. At the same time , cogging torque of the two generators are calculated and analysed. It has important reference value for the further study of offgrid wind turbine permanent magnet synchronous generator.
