等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层的耐腐蚀与抗污性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用等离子喷涂工艺制备了P7412和P7418两种涂层,对两种涂层的组织结构、耐腐蚀性能进行了对比分析,并探讨了P7418涂层的抗生物附着机理。结果表明等离子喷涂制备的P7418涂层的孔隙率比P7412涂层中的略小,且两种涂层中各相分布均匀;P7418涂层在10%HCl、10%NaOH和10%NaCl三种腐蚀液中的耐腐蚀性能比P7412涂层的略差,但CuO的加入可以起到防止微生物附着污染的效果。 Two kinds of coating P7412 and P7418 were prepared by plasma spray. Comparative analysis between the two ones in structure and corrosion resistance was carried out, and the anti-adhesion mechanism of the microorganism of P7418 was discussed. The result shows that the porosity of P7418 coating is slightly smaller than that Of P7412, and both of them have uniform phase distribution. The corrosion resistance property of P7418 coating is slightly worse than P7412 in corrosive solutions of 10% HCL, 10% NaOH and 10% NaCl, but the function of preventing microorganism pollution can be obtained by addition of CuO.
