摘要
介绍了JF-9950K F级高压无溶剂快干漆的性能及JF-9950与JF-9950K漆的工艺对比试验。试验证明了:JF-9950K F级高压无溶剂漆快干漆继承了JF-9950的优点,在缩短固化时间,降低固化温度方面有显著优势,而且与原JF-9950具有极好的相容性。JF-9950K浸渍树脂配套绝缘系统模拟线圈绝缘整体性好,电气、机械和热稳定性与JF9950基本一致,完全能满足定子线圈及定子绕组各项性能指标。
The performance of JF-9950K F-degree high-voltage quick-drying solventless varnish and technology test compared with JF-9950 was carried out. The result shows that the varnish has the advantages of JF-9950, it has prominence advantages in shortening the curing time and reducing the curing temperature, and it also has good compatibility with the primary JF-9950. Simulative coil insulated with JF-9950K impregnating resin has good integrity. The electric and mechanical performances and thermal stability coincide with that of JF9950. It meets the each performance index of stator coil and stator winding completely.
