混凝土抗氯离子渗透性试验及其预测模型研究 被引量:7

Experiment on the Anti-chloride Ion Permeability of Concrete and Sea Sand Concretes and Research on Its Prediction Model

摘要 采用正交试验设计方法对混凝土及掺海砂混凝土材料的抗氯离子渗透性进行试验,研究了不同试验因素及水平对混凝土氯离子扩散系数的影响,分析了每个因素对氯离子扩散系数的作用及各个水平之间的差异,并给出了氯离子扩散系数关于研究因素的预测模型。结果表明,对混凝土及掺海砂混凝土材料而言,其抗氯离子渗透性的影响因素按大小排列依次为复合超细粉掺量、标养时间、水胶比。 The orthogonal test design method is applied in the experiment on the anti-chloride ion permeability of concrete and sea sand concrete material.The influence of different experimental factors on the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion of concrete is studied,and the effect of each factor level on chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the differences between different levels are analyzed,and the prediction model for the chloride ion diffusion coefficient in relation to the research factors is given out.The results indicate that as far as concrete and sea sand concrete materials are concerned,the influencing factors on anti-chloride ion permeability are quantity of compound ultra fine dust mixture,cast standard curing time and water-binder ratio.
