煤焦轻油燃料在热输原油管道的应用

Application of Light Coal Tar Fuel in Hot Oil Pipelines

宁阳输油站开展了煤焦轻油替代原油作燃料的现场试验,对原油和煤焦轻油的燃烧特性进行了研究,发现煤焦轻油的燃烧热值与原油相近。研究了煤焦轻油替代原油作燃料的可行性,分析了煤焦轻油作为燃料使用的烟气排放、热效率及吹灰等工况。认为煤焦轻油可替代原油或重油等燃料油,对环境污染小,社会效益和经济效益显著。

Field test with light coal tar to replace crude oil is conducted in Ningyang Pumping Station. Research on combustion characteristic of crude oil and light coal tar is made. It is discovered from results that combustion heat value of the light coal tar is similar to that of crude oil. Feasibility for light coal tar substituting for crude oil is studied and such operating conditions as flue gas emission,thermal efficiency and soot blowing,etc. for light coal tar used as fuel oil are analyzed. It is considered that substituting light coal tar for crude oil or heavy crude oil as fuel oil can lower environment pollution,increase social effect and economic benefits remarkably.
