Multi-direction and Accurate Blending Transportation Process of Different Oils

针对进口原油和胜利原油不同比例混合输送问题,分析了罐内混合和泵后混合输送工艺的特点,提出采用泵后混合及综合调节技术相配合,可以实现进口油和胜利油的多方向不同比例混合输送。实践证明,该精密配输工艺可行性强,具有良好的应用前景。

In allusion to transporting issues for blending proportion of the crude oil imported and that produced in Shengli Oilfield,characteristics in blending process of 'oil blending in tank' and 'blending in discharge manifold of oil-feed pump' are analyzed. Transportation program is proposed that 'blending in outlet manifold of oil-feed pump' combined with comprehensive regulating technique can realize multi-directional blending transportation for import crude oil and Shengli Crude oil. Practice demonstrates that this precision process has better feasibility and bright application prospect.
