Drug Issue from the Perspective of Non-Traditional Security

本文以非传统安全的视野进一步分析了毒品问题的危害:影响国家的社会、经济、政治和军事安全。将毒品问题上升为非传统安全问题,这是当前国际形势发展要求的必然,也是我国未来禁毒战略的必然指向,因此不但要树立防控意识,同时要有风险意识,并形成相应的应急机制。

To be aware of the nature of drug issue, China has undergone 3 stages. At first, drug issue is recognized as a problem of criminal offences and should he crackdown; then it is regarded as a social problem and copes with by comprehensive control policy. This article will consider the issue a non -traditional security issue, and analyze the harms and impacts on soci- ety, economy, politics and military security. The theory is necessary for the current international situation and future anti - drug strategy of China. As a result, we have not only to establish preventive awareness, risk awareness, and also to set up responding mechanism.
