重点人口管理是公安派出所基层基础工作的重要组成部分。随着经济的繁荣发展,改革开放的不断深入,人口流动量大幅上升,当前公安派出所重点人口管理工作还存在不少问题。对策:1.充分认识重点人口管理在公安工作中的战略地位;2.强化重点人口的动态管理;3.加强制度建设;4.加强派出所建设。

Key population management is basic work of police stations. However, because of the prosperity of the economy and reforms, significant increase of the flowing population and other factors, there are problems of key population management in police stations. Countermeas- ures are as followed： firstly, to fully aware of the strategic position of key population management in police work ; secondly, to strengthen dynamic management of the population ; thirdly, to improve institutional construction; finally, to develop construction of police station.
