摘要
针对来华美中友好志愿者在中国西部四省市高校的文化适应状况,研究者从来华美籍外教对中国生活的满意度、对中国的态度、思乡和文化休克等四个维度展开问卷调查。影响外教社会文化适应的个人因素方面重点考察性别、年龄、教育层次、来华时间等主要因素对外籍教师文化适应的影响;社会环境因素方面,调查外籍教师在中国的生活满意度与其对中国的态度、思乡、文化休克之间的关系。
This research is an investigation of the cultural adaptation of American Peace Corp volunteers who are working in the universities of four provinces in west China and gives a questionnaire survey from four angles: their attitude towards China, their satisfaction degree, their homesickness and culture shock as well as the relations between these factors. Besides, the research also covers such factors that influence their cultural adaptation as the education background, gender, age and time -span in China.
