摘要
目的测定薁磺酸钠滴眼液中薁磺酸钠的含量。方法用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱:Dikma C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.02 mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(体积比为33:67,用磷酸调pH 4.5);检测波长:293 nm;柱温:室温;流速:0.9 mL/min。结果薁磺酸钠在12.0～60.0μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R=0.999 9);薁磺酸钠的平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.14%。结论该方法简单、快捷,回收率和重复性良好,可作为薁磺酸钠滴眼剂质量评价的方法。
Objective To determine the content of sodium azulenesulfonate in eye drops by RP-HPLC.Methods Chromatography was performed using a Dikma C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L KH2PO4 solution（pH = 4.5;V：V = 33：67）.The detection wavelength was set at 293 nm.The flow rate was 0.9 mL.min^-1 at room temperature.Results A good linearity was found in the range of 12.0-60.0 μg/mL（r2 = 0.999 9）.The average recovery was 100.1 %（RSD=0.14 %）.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and has satisfactory recovery and reproducibility.It can be used to control the quality of sodium azulenesulfonate eye drops.
