Sensitivity Examination of Microwave Oven for Melting Laboratory Media

目的验证微波炉融化的培养基是否符合微生物限度检查的要求。方法以2005年版中国药典中的检查方法为依据,检查微波炉融化培养基的灵敏度。结果微波炉融化培养基生长的菌落数与对照培养基生长的菌落数基本一致,灵敏度检查合格。结论用微波炉融化培养基做微生物限度检查是可行的。

Objective To validate the applicability of microwave oven for melting laboratory media in microbial limit tests.Methods According to the examination methods of Chinese Pharmacopoeia（Ch.P2005）,the sensitivity examination of microwave oven for melting laboratory media was carried out.Results The colony count from microwave oven for melting laboratory media was basically consistent with the colony count from control culture media.The sensitivity met the requirements.Conclusion It is feasible to carry on the microbial limit tests with microwave oven for melting laboratory media.
