基于GIS与遥感的土地利用变化及区域比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究区域内不同土地利用类型转移速率及转移原因,并通过与其它典型区域的比较分析,可为区域土地持续合理利用提供决策依据.提出了一种基于遥感和地理信息系统并借用常规的土地科学时空演化模型来研究区域土地利用变化的方法.利用该方法,对长株潭地区土地利用变化进行了研究,并与典型区域六盘山区和厦门进行了比较.结果表明:长株潭地区土地利用变化表现为耕地减少而城镇工矿用地增加,这种变化以长沙最大,株洲次之,湘潭最小;区域内三市的土地利用综合动态度和土地利用转移速率大小依次为长沙、株洲和湘潭.结合对长株潭地区与典型区域六盘山区和厦门土地利用变化综合动态度的比较分析发现,土地利用变化与区域经济发展水平及其阶段有关,同时还受其它因素的影响. Land use and land cover change and conversion in various region as well as their comparison were explored. Frothermore, some reasons were discussed, which will be of most importance to decision-making of land utilization of the region. What's more, a method of combining geographical information system, remote sensing and spatial-temporal model was applied to land use and land cover change. Based on the method, the land use/land cover change and its transformation were quantified in the analysis was conducted with Liupan Mountains region Changsha-Zhuzhou-xiangtan megapolis region. And comparative and Xiamen City. Results indicate that cropland decrease while rural-urabn construction land increase. Changsha has the largest changes followed by Zhuzhou and Xiangtan is the least. Land use dynalic degree and land use conversion rate of the three cities are in the same order at that period of 1990 and 2000. Moreover, we compared land use and land cover change among Changsha-Zhuzhou-xiangtan region, Liupan Mountains Region, Ningxia and Xiamen City. It shows that land use change is related to regional ecnomic development level and phaseas well as other factores.
