Study on Non-market Economy Country of Anti-dumping

我国是国际上最大的反倾销受害国,其最重要的原因之一是WTO的许多成员方视我国为非市场经济国家,采用替代国制度。因此,就有关WTO中的非市场经济制度、替代国制度进行介绍,分析该制度的缺陷及对我国造成的不利影响,以指导我国企业在反倾销诉讼中能正确对待该问题,尽量减少损失。

China is the largest international victim country in anti-dumping case, the most reason is other countries in WTO regard China as a non-market economic country, then use surrogate country system in anti-dumping case. In this article we will analyze the system of non-market economy and surrogate country, the system＇s shortcomings and its harmful effects on our country, so as to instruct the enterprises to reasonably treat the problem in the lawsuit of anti-dumping.
