目的优化选择最佳的冻干曲线,用于指导注射用十二种复合维生素的生产工艺。方法通过考察冻干品的外观及复溶性,对冻干曲线进行优化。结果优化后的冻干曲线生产出来的成品,各项指标质量合格,稳定性好,生产周期短,生产运行成本低。结论筛选出的冻干曲线工艺可行。

Objective To select an optimized freeze-drying curve for directing the production of 12 vitamins for injection. Methods The freeze-drying curve was optimized by observing the appearance and solubility of freeze-drying prod- ucts. Results The quality of products that were produced by the optimized freeze-drying curve was qualified and stable. The production cycle was short, and the products cost was low. Conclusion The selected freeze-drying curve methodology is practical, stable, and suitable for commercial process.
