摘要
传统上的"哲学无用论"以及对侦查学研究目的的误读使侦查哲学研究付之阙如。侦查哲学的出现因应了哲学研究的当代转向;侦查哲学的整体性具有克服侦查科学的形而上学性的功能;侦查学理论的发展需要侦查哲学对侦查科学的反思与批判;侦查哲学丰富了侦查学理论体系。
It＇s the traditional standpoint that ＂Philosophy is useless＂ and the mistake understanding about the proper praise of the study on detection that result in the deficiency of philosophy level on the study of detection . The whole characteristics of the philosophy of detection will overcome metaphysics function of the science of detection ;The development of the theory on dection demand the introspect and judgement to the science of detection which derives from the the philosophy of detection ;the philosophy of detection expands the theory system of the study on detection.
