荔枝草中高车前苷的提取分离和光谱色谱特征图谱的建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的对荔枝草中高车前苷提取分离,并对其进行纯度测定及结构鉴定。方法利用硅胶柱色谱方法分离纯化样品并用高效液相色谱测定样品纯度,用理化性质及光谱学方法对其进行结构鉴定。结果荔枝草体积分数70%乙醇提取物用乙酸乙酯萃取并经硅胶柱色谱分离纯化,得到跟高车前苷Rf值相同的化合物,其纯度达98.2%,经红外光谱、核磁共振波谱、氢谱、质谱鉴定为5,4′-二羟基-6-甲氧基-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷,即高车前苷(homoplantaginin)。结论本文建立了分离纯化高车前苷的方法,并建立了完整的高车前苷理化鉴别方法及光谱色谱特征图谱。 Objective To extract and separate homoplantaginin from Salvia plebeian and determine the purity and structure for provide the standard substance of homoplantginin. Methods Using silica gel column chromatography to separate and purify the sample ,and determine the sample's purity by HPLC, then identify its structure by physico-chemical property and spectroscopy methods. Results Using 70% ethanol extract from Salvia plebeian with ethyl acetate and purifying it by silica gel column chromatography ,it was obtained which had the same Rf with homoplantaginin,the purity of it was 98.2%.It was identified as 5,4'-trihydroxy -6 -methoxy flavanone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside by infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum(NMRS)and LC-MS, namely homoplantaginin. Conclusion This result proved that the method of extracting and separating homoplantaginin which can supply more pure homoplantaginin.
