摘要
设计了数字式位置敏感探测器(PSD)信号采集和处理系统,在现场可编程(逻辑)门阵列(FP-GA)中用数字算法代替加法器、减法器、除法器等模拟运算电路,实现了对PSD信号的处理,从根本上消除模拟器件带来的干扰信号影响,提高了信噪比。经实验验证,测量精度有所提高。
The digital PSD signal acquisition and processing system is designed. Digital algorithm is used in FPGA to replace analog arithmetic circuit such as adder, subtracter and divider to process PSD signal. The influence of interference signal brought by analog devices is eliminated and signal noise rate is enhanced. The experimental results prove that the measurement precision is enhanced.
