摘要 为了获得适宜的动物细胞培养环境,设计了基于PLC控制器的生物反应器监控系统。从控制系统的设计思想、测控点数分析、硬件结构、参数检测、执行部件、上下位机硬件系统集成等方面详细地说明了监控系统的硬件设计。实验结果表明:所研制的监控系统硬件配置合理、运行稳定可靠、操作方便,系统对反应器中的温度,pH值与溶氧3个环境参数进行了有效控制,系统满足细胞培养过程的控制要求。 In order to achieve suitable environment to cultivate animal cells, a bioreactor monitoring and control system base on PLC was designed. The hardware design and control system is explained in detail through the design idea of the control system, the analysis of measuring and control point numbers, the hardware structure, the parameters detection, the executive components, the integration of upper and lower computer hardware system. The experimental results shows that the hardware of the control system is configured reasonably, the operation of control system is reliable and stable and it is easy to use. The temperature, pH and DO can be controlled effectively by the system. The system can meet the requirement of process control of cell cultivation.
