With the summarization of theory of＂ grasping study ＂, the implementation of main points and the application of elements of the status quo, the＂grasping study＂ teaching for volleyball serve has been proposed and put into teaching experimentsThe results show that： ＂ grasping study ＂ teaching model has a positive effect on students learning attitude and also has a positive influence on students＇ achievement technical evaluation and compliance results. But there is no statistical significance. It still needs further study to prove.
