摘要
采用纵向测试追踪调查,比较分析了排舞锻炼对中老年女性身体形态及机能状况的影响,证实排舞能改变中老年女性的身体形态,增强体质,对于预防肥胖、心血管疾病及延缓人体衰老等具有重要作用,是值得中老年妇女选择的一种效果理想的健身锻炼方法。
Using the methods of longitadinal in trace investigation test, Compared and analysed the influence of middleaged women's body shape and fuentions, it can be comfirmed that row dance has obvious effect as a fitness mode which can enhance physical, obesity fat and heart and blood vessel disease.
