区域产业系统环境的模糊评价

Fuzzy Evaluation on System Environment of Regional Industry

本文研究了建立模糊评价指标体系的原则,应用结构模型化技术和Delphi法构筑了区域产业系统环境要素评价指标体系并确定了权重分配。在此基础上,研究了区域产业系统环境的模糊评价方法,并对江苏省常州戚墅堰区的轨道交通装备制造产业的系统环境进行了模糊评价。结果表明,该区域的产业系统环境较适合优先发展轨道交通装备制造产业。该研究结果为区域政府的产业发展决策制定提供了理论依据。

This paper establishes an evaluation indicators of system environmen of regional industry, and determines the weights of indicators by the structure modeling technique and the Delphi method. Then,it studies the fuzzy evaluation method of regional industrial system environ- ment,and evaluates the system environment of rail transit equipment manufacturing industry in Qishuyan district of Changzhou in Jiangsu. The results show that the industrial system environment of this region is well suitable for giving priority to the development of rail transit equipment manufacturing industry,which provides the theory basis for local government to make decision.
