广州城市公共服务设施分布的空间公平研究

The Equitable Distribution of Public Services in Guangzhou

通过构建城市公共服务设施空间分布的综合公平指数模型,借助三维模拟和空间自相关分析技术,探讨广州城市公共服务设施分布的空间公平特征。结果表明,广州城市公共服务设施空间分布的综合公平程度较低,且总体综合公平水平低于大部分单类服务设施综合公平水平;城市公共服务设施空间分布的综合公平程度成正全局空间自相关,各局部空间自相关类型成单中心圈层结构的空间格局,中心与周边及外围地区的城市公共服务设施空间分布的综合公平程度差异显著。

The spatial character of public services distribution in Guangzhou was studied using a three dimensional model of the existing public services layout and a general public services evaluation model. The general provision of public services is found to be low and has an unfair distribution. The equitable distribution of public services is related to the general layout of the city, with distinct differences between the central city and peripheral areas.
